The forms can be downloaded here: http://www.tggsacademy.org/sixthform_year12docs

Lessons proper begin on Thursday 5th September and you should arrive in sixth form dress code equipped to study. Students are expected to provided their own lined paper and writing equipment, and some departments will require you to buy your own textbooks.

Dress Code
From Monday to Thursday, all Sixth Form students are required to abide by the code and wear:
  • a smart tailored, plain black jacket or blazer (no denim or leather);
  • a white or cream plain blouse or jumper (no strappy tops or shoulders on display);
  • black trousers or a black knee-length skirt;
  • smart black shoes or boots;
  • a smart knee-length, plain black dress suitable for a place of work is also acceptable.
On Fridays only, students will be permitted to wear smart casual clothes suitable for a place of work.  Students that do not abide by the Dress Code from Monday to Thursday will not be permitted to join in “Dress Down Friday”. Once a month we will ask students to contribute £1 to Dress Down Friday, and once a term all monies collected will be donated to charities that have been chosen by the students.
